1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the SimplySitter platform by families and caregivers.

2. Services

SimplySitter provides a platform where families can post jobs and caregivers can apply. SimplySitter is not a party to the care relationship.

3. Subscription & payments

Families can take out a paid subscription (1 month free, then CHF 19.90/month). The subscription can be cancelled anytime. Payments are processed securely via PayPal.

4. User obligations

Users undertake to provide truthful information and not to misuse the platform.

5. Liability

SimplySitter accepts no liability for the conduct of users or the quality of the services provided, but carefully vets caregivers.
